The bending machine die and bending bed are the main tools, and the thickness of the sheets will be reduced. Degree, bending direction, dimension and angle are strictly controlled.
After finishing cutting and bending, the parts should be welded to improve the strength of the parts. The common welding methods include spot welding and CO2 gas shielded welding, but the welding deformation should be strictly controlled. For machine tool shield, laser shield and other products, the welding rod material, weld seam requirements, workpiece thickness should be fully considered, and the appropriate welding electric shield should be selected. Power and current, so as not to affect the quality and efficiency of product welding. On this basis, sheet metal forming can be completed by surface processing, among which baking paint, galvanizing and electrostatic adsorption are common surface treatment methods.
Spraying process is mainly used for surface treatment of sheet metal in machine tools. Because of the importance of environmental protection, traditional processes such as pickling and phosphating have not met the development needs of the country. Pickling and phosphating treatment has been basically eliminated, and galvanized sheet metal has been directly replaced. Pollution links have been solved from raw materials, and special welding wires for galvanized sheet metal are also used in welding to ensure welding quality.
Installation and packing
Installation is to follow certain requirements and methods and combine several components or parts together to form a whole material.
