CNC programming blanking


Sheet metal parts can be cut in different ways according to different requirements, including laser cutting, CNC plasma cutting and shearing machine. With the wide application of laser technology, laser cutting machine is widely used in sheet metal processing. It has the advantages of fast cutting speed, low cost, fast programming, easy cutting of special-shaped parts, and no secondary treatment. Laser cutting machine can be divided into 3015, 4020, 6020, etc. according to cutting width, there are also special cutting width, such as 4015, 6025, 8025, etc. According to laser power can be divided into 500W, 1000W, 2000W, 4000W, 6000W, now the highest is 15000W. CNC bending


Generally speaking, the bending of sheet metal in machine tools needs to keep the thickness of the middle of the material bottom unchanged, so that the rounded corners become thinner gradually, and then the position near the flange will become thicker. And bending is the transition link from 2D plate parts to 3D parts, which is to apply certain pressure on metal sheets by means of bending machine to transform them from elastic deformation to plastic deformation. At this time, the sheets will bend freely at first, and then under the action of pressure, the bending force arm and curvature radius will decrease continuously until V-shaped bending is formed. The bending machine die and bending bed are the main tools, and the thickness of the sheets will be reduced. Degree, bending direction, dimension and angle are strictly controlled.


Welding spray


After finishing cutting and bending, the parts should be welded to improve the strength of the parts. The common welding methods include spot welding and CO2 gas shielded welding, but the welding deformation should be strictly controlled. For machine tool shield, laser shield and other products, the welding rod material, weld seam requirements, workpiece thickness should be fully considered, and the appropriate welding electric shield should be selected. Power and current, so as not to affect the quality and efficiency of product welding. On this basis, sheet metal forming can be completed by surface processing, among which baking paint, galvanizing and electrostatic adsorption are common surface treatment methods.


Spraying process is mainly used for surface treatment of sheet metal in machine tools. Because of the importance of environmental protection, traditional processes such as pickling and phosphating have not met the development needs of the country. Pickling and phosphating treatment has been basically eliminated, and galvanized sheet metal has been directly replaced. Pollution links have been solved from raw materials, and special welding wires for galvanized sheet metal are also used in welding to ensure welding quality.


Installation and packing


Installation is to follow certain requirements and methods and combine several components or parts together to form a whole material. Because it is the last process of sheet metal processing, if it is damaged and can not be used, it can only be reworked. Therefore, the protection of materials should be done well.
