1.FDM - Melt Stacking Process

Fused Deposition Modeling: The rapid prototyping process is a molding method that heats various kinds of wire materials without relying on a laser as a forming energy source, and is abbreviated as FDM. A variety of materials are used, such as ABS plastics, casting waxes, and elastomers. Suitable for product design concept modeling and product shape and function testing.

2.SLA - Resin Light Curing Process

Suitable for producing small and medium-sized work pieces and can directly obtain plastic products. It is mainly used for prototyping of conceptual models or for assembly inspections and process planning. It can also be used in place of wax molds to make casting molds, and as a master mold for metal spray molds, epoxy molds, and other soft molds.

3.SLS - Powder Laser Sintering Process

Suitable for visual representation of product design and production of functional test parts. Since it can use various metal powders of different compositions for sintering, copper infiltration, and other post-treatments, the resulting product can have similar mechanical properties as metal parts, so it can be used to make EDM electrodes, to directly manufacture metal molds, and to carry out Small batch production.

4.LOM - thin laminated solid manufacturing process

Suitable for making large, medium and small prototype parts, warping without distortion, high dimensional accuracy, short molding time, long service life, good mechanical properties of finished parts, suitable for conceptual design verification and functional test parts of product design.
