In order to machine a qualified part on a CNC machine tool, first of all, according to the accuracy of the part drawing and the calculation requirements, etc., the process contents, process parameters, etc. of the part shall be analyzed and determined, and a suitable numerical control machining program shall be prepared with the specified numerical control programming code and format. The programming must pay attention to the specific CNC system or machine tool, and should be programmed strictly according to the provisions in the machine programming manual. However, from the essence of the numerical control machining content, the instructions of each numerical control system are set according to the actual machining technology requirements.
